  3. To suspend Standing orders and Public Speaking Policy to allow discussion on the proposal by National Grid to erect Overhead Cables and Pylons in the area.
  4. To reinstate Standing Orders and Public Speaking Policy to agree Parish Council’s corporate response to the proposal.
