The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 1st August 2023 @ 7pm .

  2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive notes of the meeting held 13th June 2023 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.
  5. Financial:
    1. To approve any payments due
  6. To consider joining a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme
  7. To agree position regarding a neighbourhood plan including whether to join in with neighbouring councils, to do a stand alone plan for Welton le Marsh or to not pursue matter further (public meeting 25th July refers)
  8. Allotments:
    1. To appoint an “Allotments Officer” to deal with allotment matters and to agree remit of that position.
    2. Any other allotment matters
