The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 2nd April 2024 @ 7:00pm

Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

As per the Public Speaking at Meeting Policy there will be a 15 minute session for members of the public to make comments.

1. Apologies for absence
2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
3. To receive notes of the meeting held 20th February 2024 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of those meetings.
4. Any updates from those meetings which are not agenda items.
5. To note any updates on the Grimsby to Walpole Pylon line
6. To consider location of existing village defibrillator and whether to consider opening dialogue for its relocation or to purchase a defibrillator for the siting on the village hall
7. To consider and decide whether to pursue any form of Neighbourhood Plan.
8. Financial:
   1. To approve any payments due
9. Allotments
   1. Agree allotment rents for 24/25 year
   2. Any outstanding allotment issues
10. To receive an update on the provision of planters to the entrance(s) to the village – including costs, construction and notation of approved siting areas.
11. Planning –
    1. To consider any applications received (including any circulated and received after publication of agenda) details of those received at agenda production below.
    2. To note submission of appeal documents regarding Misty Meadows and receive any update on same.
12. Any Other Matters for general discussion (not for decision) and any items for next agenda.
