  2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive notes of the meeting held 9th May 2023 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.
  5. Financial:
    1. To approve any payments due
    2. To nominate additional cheque signatories
  6. Civility Pledge – to note Chairman’s signature on Civility Pledge
  7. To discuss cutting of grass on area opposite Village Hall and area on Mill Lane
  8. To consider frequency of meetings

  10. To agree a date for a public meeting to gauge residents views on joining nearby parishes in a joint Neighbourhood Plan.
