  1. Apologies for absence
  2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive notes of the meeting held 1st August  2023 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.
  5. Financial:
    1. To approve any payments due
    2. To consider and agree whether to proceed with purchase of speed indicator battery (50%costs)
  6. To receive update on joining a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme
  7. To ratify grant application made on behalf of Parish Council for funds from Community Hub Small Grants scheme (Cllr Tong)
  8. To consider any amendments needed to current contract for grass cutting (copy attached for members)
  9. Allotments – to note and consider any allotment issues
  10. To ratify and formalise Terms and Conditions for any Neighbourhood Plan Steering Committee (example T & Cs attached for members)
  11. Planning – to consider any applications received (including any circulated and received after publication of agenda) details of those received at agenda production below.
  12. Any Other Matters for general discussion (not for decision) and any items for next agenda.
