The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 28th November 2023 @ 7.30pm .  (note amended time for this meeting)

Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

As per the Public Speaking at Meeting Policy there will be a 15 minute session for members of the public to make comments.

  2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive notes of the meeting held 10th october  2023 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.
  5. Financial:
    1. To approve any payments due
    2. To consider budget and precept requirements for 24/25 year (to be set at January meeting)
  6. To receive update on joining a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme
  7. Allotments – to note and consider any allotment issues
