The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 24th March  2026 at 7pm. 

 Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

In accordance with the Council’s policy, there will be a 15 minute public session commencing at 7pm.

  2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive notes of the meeting held 3rd February 2026 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.

  6. To consider any improvements to the footpath across/around the Beck.
  7. Village Hall:
    1. To consider security matters in relation to Village Hall
    2. To receive update on progress of lease between Committee and Parish Council, and update on recent meeting regarding works, including potential nomination of PC representative on group. (information attached) Cllr Tong

    1. To receive any updates on Charity Commission letter
    2. To note any general allotment matters
  9. To receive the results of village survey undertaken by resident and consider any actions or input the Parish Council may take under its legislative powers 
  10. To note general condition of roadside verges and safety of any volunteer litter pickers, including any support for volunteer litter picking groups.
  11. Financial:
    1. To approve any payments due
  12. Planning
    1.  consider any applications received (including any circulated and received after publication of agenda)
    2. To note any decisions received
  13. To consider format and any speakers for Annual Parish Meeting (to be held between 1st March & 1st June)
  14. Any Other Matters for general discussion (not for decision) and any items for next agenda.
