3. To receive notes of the meeting held 8th July 2025 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.

   1. To note progress in replacement of oil tank
   2. To note any amendments/discussions on the lease between Village Hall and Parish Council.
7. To note the response from Charity Commission regarding amendment to the terms of the Poor Lands Charity and agree next action.
8. To note any general allotment matters not relating to Charity Commission.
9. To consider good practice requirements that Parish Councillors and Clerk sign up to dedicated .gov email addresses.

Application reference 02867/25/RVC - Section 73 application to remove condition no. 2 (agricultural occupancy) as previously imposed on planning permission reference S/199/01211/94 for the erection of a house in connection with existing nursery.
