The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 27th May 2025 at 7pm.  This will be the Annual Council Meeting.

 Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

  1. Election of Chairman and received Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office
  2. Election of a Vice Chairman
  3. Apologies for absence
  4. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  5. To receive notes of the meeting held 22nd April 2025 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  6. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.
  7. To discuss Village Hall oil tank issues and agree any action required by Parish Council
  8. To consider setting date for litter pick and publicity
  9. To further discuss future of allotments (having regard to minute 108(a) and documents circulated to members)
