The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 11th November 2025 at 7pm. 

 Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

In accordance with the Council’s policy, there will be a 15 minute public session commencing at 7pm.

  2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive notes of the meeting held 7th October 2025 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.

  6. Village Hall – to receive updates on the Village Hall Committee situation, any caretaker uptake, bookings and grants.
  7. To receive update on request for legal assistance relating to Charity Commission/allotment land.

    2. To agree purchase of Christmas trees for village hall
