  2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive notes of the meeting held 27th May 2025 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.
  5. Village Hall
    1. oil tank issues to note quotes received for replacement of oil tank, agree any action required by Parish Council
    2. To note any amendments/discussions on the lease between Village Hall and Parish Council.
  6. To further discuss future of allotments (having regard to documents circulated to members)
