The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 22nd April 2025

 

In accordance with the Council’s policy, there will be a 15 minute public session commencing at 7pm.

  1. Apologies for absence – To accept appropriate reasons for absence.
  2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive notes of the meeting held 15th February 2025 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.
  5. To consider purchasing artificial Christmas trees for use on the Village Hall
  6. To note request for support from Village Hall for kitchen extension plans.
  7. Financial:
    1. To approve any payments due
    2. To note end of year income/expenditure and expenditure against budget
  8. To discuss items raised at the Annual Parish Meeting which are NOT covered by separate agenda items (draft minutes of APM attached for information), including some items raised after the meeting closed being:
    1. Advertising of Litter Picks
    2. Setting of dates of meetings annually
    3. Purchase and siting dog waste bin
    4. Debris in The Beck & water leak

    1. To consider and discuss future of Welton le Marsh Allotments/Poor Lands Charity  (Cllr J. Faulkner-Smith minute 92(c) ) (supporting papers attached)

    1. To  consider any applications received (including any circulated and received after publication of agenda)
