The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 12th November 2024 . 

 

In accordance with the Council’s policy, there will be a 15 minute public session commencing at 7pm.

  2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive notes of the meeting held 1st October2024 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.
  5. To receive report on Village Hall improvement works.

    1. To approve any payments due
    2. To consider covering the cost of the asbestos survey carried out on the Village Hall.
