The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 1st O2024 . 

 

In accordance with the Council’s policy, there will be a 15 minute public session commencing at 7pm.

  2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive notes of the meeting held 5th August 2024 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.
  5. To receive report on Village Hall drainage system
  6. Financial:
    1. To approve any payments due
    2. To note income/expenditure to 30th September 2024
  7. To note any outstanding allotment matters
  8. To note recent meeting regarding creation of Community Orchard
  9. To consider and agree where appropriate siting and purchase of a real Christmas tree and lights.

Planning Application 1318/24 – Highfield Quarry – Extension to existing quarry (County Matter application)
