The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 7th January 2025

 

In accordance with the Council’s policy, there will be a 15 minute public session commencing at 7pm.

  1. Apologies for absence
  2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive notes of the meeting held 12th November 2024 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.
  5. To receive report on Village Hall drainage works.
  6. Financial:
    1. To approve any payments due
    2. To consider and approve if necessary virement of Covid grant funds currently ring fenced.
    3. To approve precept requirement for 2025 2026 year

    1. To consider allotment rents from April 2025 – March 2026

  8. To consider siting of “No Pylons” banners.
  9. To discuss the matter of Trustees on Village Hall Committee and legal implications.
  10. To discuss having a separate meeting date for the Annual Parish Meeting and inviting a speaker.
