  1. Apologies – to receive apologies for absence and approve reasons
  2. Declarations of Interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 22nd November 2022 and approve Chairman’s signature as a correct record.
  4. To receive any updates following that meeting.
  5. To receive any updates on Misty Meadows application
  6. Allotments/ Poor Land Charity:
    1. To receive an update on inquiry into issues on the allotments from the Inquiry Team
    2. To discuss and agree any other outstanding allotment matters
  7. Correspondence – to receive any general correspondence.
  8. Footpaths – to receive an update on works to  improve footpaths (Cllr Holiday)
  9. To receive an update on the joint Neighbourhood Plan (Cllr Cladingbowl)
  10. To consider and formulate a “Cold Weather Plan” and to consider current status of village Emergency Plan.
  11. To consider Parish Council donation towards projector for village hall
  12. Planters – to receive any update on approval from LCC/ costs to produce and fitting

    1. To approve payments and agree payments by BACS or cheque as necessary.
    2. To agree budget for 23/24 years and agree precept
