The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council will be held on

 

14th June 2022 at 7.00pm in the Village Hall.

  1. Apologies – to receive apologies for absence and approve reasons
  2. Declarations of Interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive the notes of the meeting held 3rd May 2022 and approve Chairman’s signature as a correct record.
  4. To receive any updates following that meeting.
  5. To note position regarding vacancies
  6. To receive an update on the Jubilee Street Party.
  7. To note matters raised at the Annual Public meeting which are NOT separate agenda items.
  8. Allotments:
    1. To consider review of allotment Policy to include item regarding bonfires
    2. To review allotment Policy regarding letting of plots, use of plots, buildings erected thereon and dealing with unused plots.
    3. To consider further use of allotment funds to assist “the poor of the village” as per terms of the charity. (refer to minute 88 of 1/3/22)
    4. Any other allotment matters.
  9. Correspondence – to receive any general correspondence.
  10. Speed Limit Policy and Archer Survey results – to consider the policy on Speed Limits set by LCC and note any results available from the Archer survey.
  11. Finance:
    1. To approve payments and agree payments by BACS or cheque as necessary.
    2. To receive and note any matters raised by the Internal Auditor
  12. Planning –
    1. to note any planning applications/decisions received.
    2. To note enforcement on holiday development in the village.
  13. Any other Matters for general discussion and items for the next agenda.
