The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council, which will be the Annual Council Meeting,  is scheduled for Tuesday 3rd May 2022 at the Village Hall, Welton le Marsh to discuss the following business.  This meeting will follow the Annual Parish (Public) Meeting which is scheduled to commence at 7pm.

  1. Election of Chairman
  2. To receive Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of post
  3. Election of Vice Chairman
  4. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  5. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  6. To receive the notes of the meeting held 1st March 2022 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  7. To receive any updates from those minutes
  8. To receive an update on the Queens Jubilee event, and to note possible purchase of “party packs”
  9. To note LCC Speed Limit Policy and consider any requests for reduction in speed limits.
  10. Financial:
    1. To agree payment of accounts due
    2. To consider proposal by insurance company to renew with 5 year discount
    3. To note agreement to authorise re-valuation of Village Hall
    4. To note and sign Audit papers 21 / 22 year
    5. To note final end of year accounts and agree Chairman’s signature.
