The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 23rd June 2026 at 7.00pm  

 Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

 

Members of the public are invited to attend and put forward any questions.  In particular the public are invited to put forward ideas and comments relating to the use of the unused allotment plots.  Therefore the public session may extend beyond the normal 15 minutes.

  1. Apologies for absence
  2. Declarations of Interest – to receive declarations of interest in agenda items.
  3. To receive notes of the meeting held 12th May 2026 and approve Chairman’s signature as official minutes of that meeting.
  4. Any updates from that meeting which are not agenda items.
  5. To note any action required following Annual Parish Meeting which is NOT an agenda item.

    1. To note and consider comments on future use of unused allotment plots and surrounds.

    1.  consider any applications received (including any circulated and received after publication of agenda)
  10. To note proposed route of EGL3 & 4 underground cable.
  11. Any Other Matters for general discussion (not for decision) and any items for next agenda.
