The Annual Parish (public) meeting will be held on Tuesday 12th May 2026 at 7pm in the Village Hall.

 

 

The meeting is called to transact the following business.  Only those members of the public who are on the Register of Electors for Welton le Marsh may raise matters at this meeting.  No decisions will be taken by the Parish Council at this meeting, matters raised which need a formal decision will be discussed at the next ordinary Parish Council (not the annual Meeting which follows this meeting)

  1.  Welcome from the Chairman of the Parish Council

 

  1. To approve minutes of the Parish Meeting held 8th April 2025

 

  1. To receive an update from the Chairman on the work of the Parish Council since the last Annual Parish (Public) meeting, together with an update on the financial position of the Parish Council

 

4.    To receive an update on the allotments, including the ideas of the Parish Council to extend the use of the land, subject to constraints imposed by the Charity Commission.
