The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council,  is scheduled for Tuesday 1st March 2022 at 7.00pm at the Village Hall, Welton le Marsh to discuss the following business.

 

Covid – The government has relaxed the rules regarding the mandatory wearing of masks indoors, however if you wish to wear a mask whilst in the meeting please feel free to do so.

  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and approve reasons for absence as appropriate
  2. To receive any declarations of interests in agenda items.
  3. To agree to co-opt to fill the vacancy created by Cllr Broughton, and receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office
  4. To note position regarding vacancy caused by resignation of Cllr Tucker
  5. To receive the notes of the meeting held 11th January 2022 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  6. To receive any updates on matters in those minutes.
  7. Financial –
    1. To approve any accounts for payment and to pay by BACS
    2. To consider if Village Hall rebuild valuation is up to date (as suggested by Insurance company)
  8. To consider utilising allotment rent income to help “The Poor” as set out by the terms of the Charity and to consider how this can be achieved.
  9. To receive an update on any progress on Queens Jubilee 2022.
  10. To discuss issues relating to highways and road surfaces approaching the village
  11. Planning –
    1. To consider any applications received
    2. To note responses to any applications received between meetings
    3. To note any decisions received.
