The next meeting of the Welton le Marsh Parish Council is scheduled for Tuesday 3rd November, 2020 at 7.00pm at the Village Hall, Welton le Marsh to discuss the following business.

Please note the following Covid-19 advice:

 

  • Agendas and minutes will not be printed and circulated between Councillors, nor will they be circulated to members of the public.  Please print off your own agenda to bring to the meeting and take it away with you afterwards. The agenda is available on https://welton-le-marsh.parish.lincolnshire.gov.uk
  • Village Hall Maximum  Any members of the public causing the number present to be unable to socially distance will be required to leave, no social groups of more than 6.
  • Members of the public must occupy seats set out socially distanced, and NOT approach members of the Council.
  • There must be NO congregating of members of the public and councillors before or after the meeting inside the Village Hall. 
  • In accordance with Government Guidelines, face coverings must be worn whilst in the village hall.

  4. To receive the notes of the meeting held 22nd September 2020 and approve the Chairman’s signature
  5. To note update on matters following that meeting not being a separate agenda item

    1. To approve any accounts for payment and to pay by BACS
  7. To discuss Emergency Resilience Group (Cllr Tucker)
  8. To consider publication of a newsletter
  9. To approve amended Financial Regulations (amended to allow payment by BACS)
  10. To consider budget requirements and precept request for 2021 / 2022 year (draft attached)
  11. To consider any matters for general discussion and items for next agenda
  12. To confirm date of next meeting
